This quarter was completed a regional reconstruction project in a strategic client site with DuPont Integratec P (Dizzer XL) ultrafiltration elements. Service includes system inspection and maintenance as well as new batch ultrafiltration membranes supply and replacement jobs and final system adjustment and start-up.

Sharing short service and procurement engineers groups case story, how client save budget with Process Pro

Pressure vessel was in operation more than 20 years as sand filter system unit on aggressive and hard process water sand filtration system unit.

After inspection on site were stated, that inner covering of vessel was fully destroyed as well as distribution system is out of operation together with blocked filtration media.

Due to limited budget and very special production process as required non-stop process operation and limited space for new installation, temporally were made non standart solution -while vessel is on duty (out of operation) to fulfill repair and re-installation jobs of pressure vessel inner covering locally without breaking of production process for long hours.

Our service team fulfilled this target within very short period. Inner cover layer materials selection, whole system components supply were lead by UAB Procesu Sprendimai ProcessPro within short time while mechanical preparation jobs were made.

Due to very special demands for inner cover layer inside, were selected special materials to recover pressure vessel after cleaning and sand blushing inside processes. New solution will provide high surface resistance and quality of covering according required strict demands and standards . Second stage- distribution system dismount and new system installation jobs completed within half a day.

Sharing look from inside, how „out of operation“ pressure vessel can be repaired and saved client budget-just one case of simple cooperation where we focused on target -to make client satisfied , be on budget and win-win.

We cant tell that possible make such things on each case with mechanical pressure vessels, but this situation and vessel damage option, service team professional inspection and process understanding allows to accept this solution and save end user costs and time. Istorija apie serviso ir tiekimo grupės kasdienybę arba kaip optimizuoti kliento išlaidas turint ribotą biudžetą

Gamybinėje įmonėje kuri nesenai tapo mūsų klientu, sumontuotas slėginis indas tarnavo vandens gerinimo procesui daugiau nei dvidešimt metų . Sistema veikė agresyvioje aplinkoje kaip smėlinės vandens filtravimo sistemos dalis.

Atlikus sistemos inspekciją ir kokybės vertinimą bei pažeidimo bei funkcionalumo apžiūrą buvo konstatuota, kad vidinis slėginio filtro padengimo sluoksnis yra visiškai pažeistas ir įrenginys negali būti saugiai eksploatuojamas. Distribucijos sistema neveiksni ir negali būti naudojama.Tuo tarpu filtro išorė bei sienelių storis nebuvo daug pažeistas.

Žinoma, pirminis ir efektyviausias sprendimas buvo keisti slėginį indą, sumontuoti naują kokybišką distribuciją ir atnaujinti efektyvias procesui įkrovas filtro viduje.

Deja, toks sprendimas šioje situacijoje buvo nepriimtinas klientui tiek dėl labai specifinio gamybos proceso ir gamybinės erdvės ribotumo, kur stabdant gamybą demontažui ir naujos įrangos montažui drastiškai auga gamybos kąštai beigi labai riboto kliento biudžeto.

Buvo priimtas nestandartinis sprendimas- kol slėginis indas yra „rezervo režime (on duty) -t.y ne procese, atlikti vidinės dangos šalinimo bei keitimo darbus neišmontuojant sistemos ir netraukiant gamybos proceso. Žinoma, tai labai ribotas laiko tarpas, todėl darbų eiga buvo planuojama valandų tikslumu ir neatitikčių būti negalėjo.

Ilgaamžės, vidinės dangos atsparios proceso terpei parinkimas, skaičiavimas, tiekimas, distribucinės sistemos parinkimas ir konfigūravimas -šios užduotys buvo atliktos mūsų komandos laikantis grafiko kol vyko mechaniniai senos dangos šalinimo darbai objekte bei senos distribucinės sistemos demontažas

Naujai patiekta ilgaamžė spindulinė distribucija baigiamojoje korpuso „prikėlimo“stadijoje buvo sumontuota mažiau nei per keletą valandų. Sistema iš naujo užpildyta kokybiška standartus atitinkančia filtravimo įkrova, slėginis indas įvestas į eksploataciją dienos bėgyje.

Pristatome vaizdą „iš vidaus“- kaip netinkamas naudoti slėginis indas gali būti „prikeltas naujam gyvenimui“, jei tai atlieka profesionali serviso įmonė, suprantanti gamybos niuansus bei sistemų eksploatavimo ypatumus.
