In brief. Pressure filters in water technologies

One of main technological water treatment system devices are pressure filters, used for wide range of applications and industries.

Pressure filters featured and widely used to remove mechanical impurities, turbidity, colors, iron and manganese compounds, ammonium ions or other compounds from treated water when used with specific filling material inside.

In partnership agreement we represent one of the most professional producers in Eastern Europe as specialized in mechanical water purification equipment production already more than 25 years.

Beside wide range customized equipment for municipalities and industries, pressure filters are one of the most important products in our sales range as successfully installed in various strategical sites in region within last few years.

We offer standart and customized entire solutions of pressure filters for water technologies. Tanks can be made according customer project demands, if our standart types listed below not applicable.

Pressure filters specification

Standart range pressure filters mostly produced from carbon steel (CS) and stainless steel SS, designed for working pressure ranging from 6 BAR up to 10 BAR. Wide range of used materials- stainless steel, painted or zinc coated engineering carbon steel, chemically resistant materials allows us to satisfy any water treatment systems for industries demands.
Standart specified sizes ranging from 0.78 m2 filtration surface with tank diameter 1000 mm, up to 7.07 m2 filtration surface and diameter 3000 mm as mostly optional for water treatment systems.
Cylindrical height could be adjusted according customers project demands and technology calculations.
In production process used only carefully selected and tested certified steels alloys as ensure long life and low maintenance costs for customers within filters exploitation. Range of technological and constructional innovations implemented in process and used in production workshops increase product quality and lifetime, if compare with similar products.

Resistance and surface treatment

According standart range, painted carbon steel pressure filters are internally protected with special polyester resins, certified for contact with drinking water.
Externally surface covered by universal protective layers and paints as ensure resistance and no maintenance during exploitation.

As per customer requirements and specifications, carbon steel (CS) pressure filters could be covered by other materials, as applicable and certified according technologies of production.

Stainless steel pressure tanks are made from certified alloys SS 304 or SS316. Construction and surface treatment is optional to client demands and technology requirements, if our standart range listed below is not applicable. External surface polishing is also possible option with additional costs.

Constructional options

Filters could be produced with additional plate filtration construction, where draining nozzles are screwed, as well additional manholes for service or sight glasses. More information and cataloque-on request.
